Podcast with Taylor Coleman

Get to know Taylor:

Taylor is a second year Ph.D. candidate in the department of Kinesiology and Physical Education at Wilfrid Laurier University. Hailing from Riverview, New Brunswick, Taylor completed her B.Sc. at the University of Prince Edward Island with a major in Kinesiology. Taylor completed her Master’s of Kinesiology at Laurier where she examined the relationship between team unity and role commitment in youth sport. Taylor’s current research interests include understanding parent influence on youth physical activity and sport experiences, leadership, physical activity behaviour change, and physical activity barriers and program planning for New Canadian women and youth. In her free time, Taylor enjoys being outdoors (especially at the beach), being physically active, and spending time with her cat!
